Dr. Caroline Sutton graduated from Michigan State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987.
While in school, Dr. Sutton's interests were broad but geared mostly toward large animal medicine. Since graduating she has gravitated toward the companion animal side of the field. Dr. Sutton has worked in several small animal practices over the past 28 years including work in emergency medicine. Dr. Sutton's passion for quality medicine with a common sense approach prompted her to start Parkway Animal Clinic in 1990. Since founding Parkway, Dr. Sutton has provided her clients with a realistic approach to all their pets' health care needs. She always keeps in mind that the bond shared between pet and owner is crucial to the health and happiness of both. In addition to practicing medicine, Dr. Sutton also enjoys serving as a mentor for those aspiring to be a part of the veterinary field. Dr. Sutton loves to spend time outdoors and although she enjoys almost any outdoor activity, she is an avid mountain biker. Fitness and healthy cooking are an integral part of Dr. Sutton's life. When she does slow down, Dr. Sutton also enjoys reading and gardening.
